Im Hinblick auf die "Comeback" Show möchte ich ein RIESIGES Dankeschön an alle Fans aussprechen, die mir geschrieben haben, zum TV Studio gekommen sind und die mir zugejubelt haben, aber was noch wichtiger ist, die ihre Zeit und Geld für das VOTEN investiert haben.
Eure Liebe und Unterstützung half mir über die anstrengenden acht Wochen hinweg, die mit Kostümproben, Fotosessions, Proben für die Show, Aufnahmen für die „All Star“ Single und das Album, Videodreh, (normalerweise sehr kurzfristigem) Lernen und Aufführen neuer Songs für die „live“ Fernsehübertragung jede Woche vollgepackt waren. Dann kam auch noch der zusätzliche Druck hinzu, zu wissen, dass dich die Jury und die Zuschauern genau unter die Lupe nehmen werden.
Es war eine persönliche und auch berufliche Herausforderung und ich fühle wirklich, dass ich gefühlsmäßig und geistig gewachsen bin. Für acht Wochen lebte ich fast ausschließlich in Deutschland (in der Nähe von Köln) und "Comeback" beherrschte von da an mein ganzes Leben, jeder Tag hatte irgendwas mit "Comeback" zu tun.
Ich schloss einige tolle Freundschaften in und um Köln, arbeitete für ein erstaunliches technisches „hinter den Kulissen“ Team und wir wurden alle eine große Familie...dies bedeutet mir eine Menge. Danke schön Euch allen...Ich kann nicht alle Eure Name nennen, aber Ihr wisst ja selbst, wer gemeint ist ;--))
Eric & Frederick (Fernsehstudiomannschaft), Andrea & Kay (Backstage Ton), Maria, Lisa, Andrea (Kostümabteilung), Heidi, Mandy, Ina (Künstlerverbindung), Oliver, Eline, Dirk, Gabriel ("Pro 7"& "Constantin" Hinter den Kulissen Dreh), Vladi (Make-up), Eren, Damien, Stevie, Fred, Chris, Diana (Fahrer und Sicherheitsdienst), Ronnie & das komplette "Phantasialand Hotel" Personal, das Catering Personal, das uns versorgte, Nadja und ihre fantastischen Tänzer, Ryan, Sonic, Alex, Niki, Steffi and Deborah. Terri (Stimmentrainer), Petra („Position“ Öffentlichkeitsarbeit) und natürlich darf ich nicht den Mann vergessen, der für alles verantwortlich war, nämlich "Kurt" (Regisseur).
Am Ende kann ich wirklich sagen, ich liebte alles...die ganze Zeit herrschte pure Aufregung und Freude und es war ein Privileg ein Teil der "Comeback" Show zu sein. Ich habe nicht gewonnen und ich bin noch nicht mal ins Finale gekommen (und ich wollte es wirklich, glaubt mir), aber ich fühle mich trotzdem als Gewinner. Ich bin sehr stolz, seid deshalb nicht so traurig darüber. Ich kann alles, was ich aus dieser Erfahrung gelernt habe, mitnehmen und es gut umsetzen...man lernt im Leben nie aus, oder?
Es war ebenfalls ein echtes Vergnügen, andere Künstler zu treffen und mit ihnen zu arbeiten...es gibt dann immer diese schönen privaten Augenblicke, wenn man rumsteht und wartet und deshalb redet man einfach, kommuniziert, tauscht Geschichten aus, erzählt Witze, beschwert sich...was auch immer!!!! Ich mochte vor allem Emilia, Dynelle (Weather Girl), Chris Norman und Benjamin Boyce.
Am Ende möchte ich ein Extradankeschön an all die großartigen Leute von "Constantin Entertainment" & "Pro 7" richten, dafür dass sie mir die "Große Chance" gegeben haben. (Ich hoffe, ich hab Euch nicht enttäuscht). Otto Steiner, Daniela Geiger, Sophia Seydel, Christoph Issendorff, Mirko, Iris Block, Ines Gruber, Nadja, Roland Thuns, Markus und all die anderen hinter den Kulissen.
Ich bin mir sicher, dass sich unsere Wege eines Tages wieder kreuzen werden und ich freue mich darauf, ...bis dahin verlasse ich Euch mit einem sehr passendem "Shakespeare" Zitat (aus "Romeo & Julia") "Abschied ist solch ein süßer Schmerz".
